UPDATE: Missing Vernon woman located

UPDATE Jan. 6:

RCMP are reporting a succesful end to a missing persons case.

Police say 21 year old Suzie Clark, who was last seen on December 30 in Vernon, has been located and is safe.

The RCMP is thanking the public for their assistance.

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP is asking the public for help in locating a local woman.

Suzie Clark, 21, was last seen on Monday, Dec. 30 in Vernon.

“Since Suzie Clark’s disappearance, police have followed up on several leads and possible sightings, however Suzie Clark remains missing,” said RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Tania Finn in a press release.

Clark is described as an Indigenous female, standing 4-11 inches, weighing 104 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the local police, remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or leaving a tip online at www.nokscrimestoppers.com.
