Okanagan Landing Sewer Extension To Begin

Sewer cosntruction in several areas of Okanagan Landing begins the week of September 18th and will continue through October.

It’s the start of a ten year project to hook up more than hundreds of properties in the landing to the sewer system.

Home owners in a number of subdivisons have the option to link up at their own cost.

The first phase of work includes installation of approximately 1.3 kilometers of sewer collector pipe.

Most of the work will be completed off the traveled roadway using directional drilling equipment, minimizing traffic interruptions.
