Record Numbers For Advance Polls

Advance voting for tomorrow’s election is done and British Columbians came out in droves to cast their ballot early.
Province-wide, 619 thousand 389 people voted early.
That’s almost double the number who did in 2013 and the largest number since 1996.
In Vernon- Monashee, the turnout was 8 thousand 485,
The Shuswap riding recorded 8 thousand 152.
In Kelowna-Lake Country, 9 thousand 184 people voted early.
