From one chamber to another.
That’s the situation for Dan Rogers the outgoing general manager of the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce
Rogers tells Kiss FM he’s accepted a job as the new executive director of the Kelowna Chamber.
“I have mixed emotions as I have enjoyed my work here in Vernon and getting to know so many fantastic people that are dedicated to seeing the economy and community prosper,” says Rogers, a former mayor and city councillor in Prince George. “I am also excited about the opportunity to work with a larger organization that can have a direct impact on the success of chambers across the region.”
Rogers will end his duties at the Vernon Chamber in June.
