Shooting Trial Date Set

A trial date has been set for a man charged with attempted murder in the Enderby area.

59 year old Norman Dybdal will be tried in BC Supreme Court in Salmon Arm starting June 19.

Dybdal is accused of shooting a 55 year old man on a rural property in October 2015

Police say the two men knew each other and it was a targeted incident.

Dybdal is also charged with aggravated assault and two firearms offences.
