Voting Day for Okanagan Indian Band

Today is voting day for the Okanagan Indian Band.

A total of 3 candidates are running for Chief including Byron Louis who is seeking a 4th term.

He is challenged by former chief Dan Wilson and Joseph Jack.

There are 33 people running for the 10 councilor positions that are for two years.

Voting is at the Head of the Lake Hall from 9 am to 8 pm tonight.
