Rockets unveil four-game 2026 preseason slate ahead of WHL campaign

The Kelowna Rockets have released their 2026 preseason schedule.

It features four exhibition matchups against B.C. rivals as the club prepares for the 2026–27 Western Hockey League season.

The Rockets will face a pair of home-and-home series against the Kamloops Blazers and Penticton Vees, opening the exhibition slate on the road in Kamloops on Friday, Sept. 4.

Kelowna returns home to host the Blazers on Saturday, Sept. 5 at Prospera Place before travelling to Penticton on Sept. 9. The preseason wraps up back in Kelowna on Saturday, Sept. 12 when the Rockets host the Vees.

The club will then turn its attention to the regular season, opening Sept. 19 on the road against the Vancouver Giants, followed by another away game in Penticton on Sept. 25 before returning home for its home opener Sept. 26 in a Battle of the Okanagan matchup.

Season tickets for the 2026–27 campaign are now on sale through the team’s website.
