RCMP Recover Body Near Mabel Lake

According to the Vernon RCMP Twitter account they have have recovered a body near Mabel Lake.

Both local RCMP and a special Police dive team, along with extensive Search and Rescue personnel,  have been trying to locate Vernon teacher John Keeley who went missing on Mabel Lake last week.

The identity is still to be confirmed.  Police will confirm, however, that the death is not deemed suspicious and has been turned over to BC Coroners Service.
