Major section of new Rail Trail opens in Enderby
Another major section of the new rail trail between Armstrong and Sicamous has been completed.
The section of the Splatsin te Secwépemc / Shuswap North Okanagan Rail Trail between Enderby and Grindrod has officially opened for public use.
With this addition, coming shortly after the completion of the pathway between Grindrod and Mara Lake, means there’s approximately 40 kilometres of the rail trail available for people to walk, run and ride.
This section of the trail was built with support from Canada’s Active Transportation Fund’s Housing, Infrastructure and Communities stream.
