YLW to see 40,000 passengers this weekend

The trend of surging passenger demand includes Kelowna International Airport.

YLW is expecting more than 40,000 travellers this holiday weekend, which is up 10.6 per cent from the same period in 2024.

The busiest travel days are expected to be Friday and Monday.

Passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and give themselves extra time to find parking, check in and go through security.
