Kamloops woman eyes trips to Mexico, Scotland after $1M win

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops’ newest millionaire has travel in her future.

The B.C. Lottery Corporation says Elizabeth Czajkowski took home $1 million in the November 1 Lotto 6/49 draw. She both purchased and checked her ticket on PlayNow.com.

Czajkowski was working from home when she learned of her jackpot.

“I didn’t understand,” she said. “I thought there were too many zeros!”
