COVID-19 update Tuesday: 641 new cases
New COVID-19 cases are showing no signs of slowing down in British Columbia.
B.C.’s Health Ministry reported 641 new infections on Tuesday, up from the 442 on Monday and the 545 reported on Sunday.
Interior Health had 273 new cases, which is 42.5 per cent of the provincial total, with more than 2,000 total active cases in the health region.
The numbers came on the day that masks were made mandatory again in all indoor public places for residents 12 and older, starting Wednesday.
