Valley search and rescue crews at Enderby cliffs

Vernon Search And Rescue and Penticton and District Search and Rescue teamed up to rescue a hiker at the Enderby Cliffs, using a helicopter winch team, on Thursday afternoon (May 20).

North Okanagan RCMP were called in to secure a landing zone for the aircraft.

The rescue was posted to the RCMP Facebook page, no other information was released with respect to the health of the hikers.
