A water quality advisory has been lifted for residents using the Delcliffe Water Utility in the Delcliffe and Cameron Road areas of Vernon’s Okanagan Landing.
“Turbidity levels have returned to normal (less than 1 NTU). Water quality monitoring has shown the water supply has returned to a good rating, allowing for this Water Quality Advisory to be rescinded,” stated a news release from the Regional District of North Okanagan.
The water is supplied to the areas by the Delcliffe water system in partnership with Greater Vernon Water.
“Staff continues to monitor water quality and work closely with IH. Customers are being informed via road signs, the RDNO website, and Delcliffe Water Utility email alert system,” said the release.
