McKay says Jory brings a successful track record in strategic planning and direction, working with communities in a collaborative way and focusing on supporting success for every learner.
“I feel Peter is an excellent fit to lead the school district as it embarks on its new strategic plan during complex times when we are dealing with enrolment growth, space pressures and the implementation of a new curriculum and a collective agreement with our teachers.”
Jory states he is excited about the opportunity to work in District 83.
“I am really looking forward to getting started and working with the SD 83 team,” he adds.
