New Ozone Generator For Pool

A new ozone generator has been bought by the City of Vernon for the Aquatic Centre.

The pool was closed last Friday due to high chlorine levels.

Some swimmers reported skin and eye irritation.

The new generator will replace an aging unit and will improve the disinfection system

Interior Health has checked the levels in the pool and has verified they are within accepted health standards.
