Resort Seeks Connection To Rail Trail

Predator Ridge is looking to connect to the Okanagan Rail Trail.

The resort’s senior vice president, Brad Pelletier, says they want to work with the City of Vernon on a multi-use access trail to join the Commonage area to the Trail.

“This is the ideal time to move forward with a multi-use access trail suitable for bikes, walkers and hikers of all ages that connects Predator Ridge and the emergence of the
Commonage corridor to the Okanagan Rail Trail,” writes Pelletier in a letter to the City.

Pelletier says the Trail presents a huge opportunity for tourism operators to focus on the family and leisure cycling markets.
