It’s being called the largest hiring event of the year in the Vernon area.

The 4th annual Vernon Job Fair will be held Tuesday from 10 am to 3 pm at the Vernon Lodge.

The event brings together employers, qualified professionals, skilled workers and entry-level individuals under one roof.

Candidates are advised to bring resumes, dress as though going to a job interview, and be prepared for discussion with hiring managers.

“Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time or seasonal employment, the April 9 event is a great opportunity to see who is hiring and talk with hiring managers,” says a news release from the host group, NexusBC Community Resource Centre.
