Downtown Crash Injures Passenger

One person was hurt in a crash in downtown Vernon.

Reports suggests a car was t-boned in the intersection of 35th Street and 32nd Avenue near the Discovery Plaza just after 1 pm.

Fire Rescue had to remove one person in a car, with undetermined injuries.

“The driver who failed to stop for the stop sign was issued a violation ticket,” says Cpl. Tania Finn.
