The Vernon Winter Carnival society unveiled their new theme for the 60th annual Vernon Winter Carnival.

Society Chair Deb White says people can expect to see a variety of things when the celebrations start in February.

“You are going to have people who remember the carnival from the 60’s and bring out the old school sweaters and toques and everything like that. You are also going to have the groovey’s and the hipsters,” she said.

The 60th annual Vernon Winter Carnival will be held February 7- 16 2020.
