Murder suspect appears in court

A man accused in the murder of William Bartz in July 2017 appeared in court today.
Richard William Fairgrieve appeared in an orange jumpsuit via teleconference for an arraignment hearing.
In court, the judge issued a non-communication order for Fargrieve and listed roughly a dozen names that he is prohibited from contacting while remaining in prison.
Jacqueline Leavins, the woman also accused of murder did not appear in court but had a lawyer appear on her behalf.
Both Levins and Fairgrieve are expected to appear in court on March 27 at 9:30 a.m.
The body of 50-year-old William Bartz was discovered inside a Sundance Suites apartment on 43 avenue .
