Profits Growing For Cannabis Company
A Vernon based cannabis-products company is reporting its best sales quarter ever.
True Leaf Medicine International, which makes cannabis wellness products for pets, says third quarter sales to the end of December 2018, totalled $652,370, with revenue for the first three quarters of $1.7 million, up 69% from the year before.
CEO Darcy Bomford says revenue growth was mostly fueled by the Company’s investment in its international sales team which has expanded its products into new markets.
“True Leaf’s impressive finish to 2018 was marked by record revenue growth, increasing our global retail presence by 55 per cent, and several impressive hires,” says Bomford. “We now have strong momentum going into one of the biggest announcements for our brand to date. We look forward to sharing the transformation – or True Leaf 2.0 – with our shareholders, customers, and the global pet industry next month.”
