Vernon’s version of the fall beer festival will be held at the pub on Okanagan Lake.
The 1516 Pub and Grill will host Stefan Tobler, Head Brewmaster of Okanagan Spring Brewery, for the opening of the annual OKToblerfest Saturday, Oct. 25.
“All this right here in Vernon, BC. 1516 Pub & Grill – Okanagan Spring Brewery, and Stefan Tobler – how could you get a more traditional Oktoblerfest? Amazing way to honor [Okanagan Spring Brewery founder] Jakob Tobler!” Natasha Krystolovich, of Vernon Catering and Hospitality Group, said in a release.
The annual beer festival will feature prizes for the Best OKToblerfest Dressed, food and drink specials, and a presentation from the Okanagan Spring Brewery Beermaster.
