Small wildfire in Lake Country being held

A small fire in Lake Country sparked Monday morning but is not expected to spread.
The B.C. Wildfire Service said a wildfire was reported near Ellison Ridge in the Lower Spion-Kop area, west of Pollard Pond, on the morning of October 20.
The service said the fire burned a 0.009 hectare area, which is equivalent to 90m2.
The fire was classified as Being Held as of 9:13 a.m. Monday, meaning it was not expected to spread beyond the current perimeter.
