Another roundabout project is complete in Kelowna.

The City said the one at Chute Lake Road marks a significant milestone in Kelowna’s commitment to building a connected and growth-ready city.

It’s part of a $7.8 million investment in the Southwest Mission neighbourhood that includes the extension of Frost Road from Killdeer Road to Chute Lake Road.

The new connection enhances access to Gordon Drive and South Perimeter Way, improving travel routes for residents, students, visitors and future commercial services in the Ponds neighbourhood.

“Kelowna is one of the fastest growing cities in Canada, and we’re planning for that growth with smart infrastructure investments that make it easier and safer for residents to get around,” Kelowna Mayor Tom Dyas said, in part.
