Suspicious death in Kelowna under investigation

Police in Kelowna are investigating a suspicious death.
RCMP were called to a scene in the 400 block of Perth Road around 3 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, where officers discovered the incident.
“Police are currently on scene and investigating a suspicious death in the residence,” Sgt. Laura Pollock, Kelowna RCMP Media Relations Officer, said in a release at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday.
“One person has been taken into custody in connection to the incident. We believe this is an isolated matter and there is no increased risk to public safety.”
