Last call for feedback on Kelowna OCP and housing strategy

The City of Kelowna is offering one last chance for public input by August 10 on changes it’s making to its 2040 Official Community Plan (OCP).

Key changes include updates to housing policies for clarity and consistency with the most recent Housing Needs Assessment.

It’s estimated that Kelowna will need 45,000 new housing units between 2021 and 2041.
