Homes sell faster in Kelowna than Metro Vancouver

Homes are selling a lot faster in Kelowna than in Metro Vancouver right now.

In June, it took about 59 days to sell a home in Kelowna.

But in Metro Vancouver, it was way slower, around 121 days, says a House-Sigma report.

Last year, Kelowna homes sold a bit quicker, in about 54 days.

Metro Vancouver was faster then, too, at 77 days.
