SilverStar’s Village raises $20K+ for cancer care

SilverStar’s Village turned into a lively carnival for a great cause, raising over $20,000 to support Cancer Care in Vernon.

“We always hope for a great turnout, but the support we saw went far beyond our expectations,” said Megan Sutherland, SilverStar’s Communications Specialist. “Seeing this level of generosity and joy while supporting such a meaningful cause was truly inspiring.”

Donations came through gondola rides, a Sky-High BBQ, and a silent auction, all backed by generous sponsors and local partners.

The Summer Spectacular took place in early July, bringing the community together in support of local cancer care.
