RCMP in Kelowna recovered guns, drugs, and cash last week.

Police said they conducted several “projects” targeting ongoing community safety issues and illicit drug trafficking.

During the busts, officers seized a rifle with ammo, two replica firearms, illegal weapons, over $3,100 cash, six cartons of illegal cigarettes, and various drugs, including fentanyl, cocaine, hydromorphone, crack, and meth.

“These projects and their respective seizures demonstrate our relentless pursuit of criminal offenders,” said Cpl. Guillaume Tanguay with the Kelowna RCMP Proactive Enforcement Unit.

“With these dedicated policing efforts, we continue to focus on ensuring the safety and security of our community. Public safety is our top priority, and we will persist in taking decisive action against those who seek to disrupt it.”
