Missing woman found dead in Okanagan Lake

West Kelowna RCMP and the B.C. Coroner Service have confirmed the death of a 40-year-old woman who was reported missing in September.

Her body was found in Okanagan Lake near Peachland on April 25 by the RCMP Underwater Recovery Team.

The Coroner’s investigation confirmed her identity, and the death is not considered suspicious.

No further details will be released out of respect for the family.
