A man accused of killing his ex-wife in Lumby last April is potentially looking to apply for bail.
Vitali Stefanski, charged with second degree murder in the death of Tatjana Stefanski, was in Vernon court Monday, May 26.
The B.C. Prosecution service said the court re-ordered a technical suitability report, indicating this could be used for a potential bail application.
Stefanski was ordered to appear in court May 28 for a pretrial conference.
