Coldstream property tax notices to be sent out Friday

Residents of Coldstream will be receiving their property tax notices in the coming weeks.

The District of Coldstream said it would sent out the 2025 Property Tax Notices Friday, May 9, to ensure delivery ahead of the potential Canada Post strike.

The date to pay property taxes is July 2.

The due date for payment will not change if Canada Post does go on strike, and the district encouraged residents to avoid mailing payments to ensure they arrive on time and are not penalized for arriving late.

Payments could be made through a financial institution, at the Municipal Office, or through the District’s website using OptionPay.
