Kelowna lane closures for Sunday triathlon

Kelowna’s annual Cherry Blossom Triathlon is set for Sunday, which means some traffic disruptions in the Lower Mission area.

The event will follow a clockwise route beginning at the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre on Gordon Drive.

To support the event, several one-lane closures will be in effect from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m on that day. They include Gordon Drive, Casorso, Dehart and Swamp Road.

In a media release, the City said traffic control personnel will be visible to direct traffic.
