Our Enderby Clean-Up Challenge

Community members to help clean up Enderby in annual event

Apr 8, 2025 | 2:35 PM

The 12th annual Our Enderby Clean-Up Challenge will run later this month.

The event will see members of the public go throughout the community to pick up trash and beautify the community on Saturday, April 26.

“Year after year we are amazed at the number of volunteers who attend the Clean-Up Challenge and donate their time to beautify our community,” Mayor Huck Galbraith said.

“This event is a great opportunity to come together, put in some work towards cleaning our environment, and then celebrate with a hotdog and drink at the Appreciation Barbecue.”

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with participants meeting at the City Hall parking lot before going out to do the clean-up.

There will be an Appreciation Barbecue at the Enderby and District Financial parking lot following the clean-up, put on by the Enderby and District Lions Club. The Lions Club will also host a paper shredding event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that same day.
