Vernon North Okanagan RCMP have launched an investigation into a break and enter and theft at a Vernon business.

Mounties responded to a report of a break and enter in progress in the 3100-block of 30th Ave, around 3:45 a.m. Monday, April 7.

Police arrived on the scene and found a large display window had been smashed and the front door unlocked, though the suspects had already fled the scene.

Security footage from the business captured all three suspects on tape, who were wearing disguises during the B&E.

“We’re asking businesses in the area to check their video surveillance and contact us if they have footage of these individuals, or anything that might help further our investigation,” Constable Chris Terleski, Media Relations Officer for the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP, said.

Anyone with information relating to this case was asked to contact the Vernon RCMP at 250-545-7171.
