Golf season tees off in Kelowna

With daytime temperatures reaching upper single, or even double-digits in recent weeks, golf season has officially got underway in Kelowna.

The now reduced 9-hole layout at Kelowna Springs opened Thursday.

Two other courses, Michaelbrook and Shadow Ridge, will open on Friday, although it will be for walking only.

Shannon Lake and Two Eagles will open on Saturday.

Other golf courses around Kelowna and area are expected to open in the coming weeks.
