Arrest made in Vernon mischief case

Police have apprehended a suspect allegedly involved in a mischief case.

RCMP responded to an alarm at a business in the 4500-block of 27th St. in Vernon around 5:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 9.

Police discovered that the front door of the building was broken.

Security cameras from the scene captured the image of the suspect, who was later arrested.

The suspect, a 30-year old Vernon man, remained in custody following an initial court appearance Monday.
