Vernon RCMP to host recruitment event

People interested in a career in law enforcement will be able to learn more at a local event.

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP will host the RCMP Recruiting Section at the Vernon detachment Tuesday, July 9.

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. and feature an hour-long presentation where people hear first-hand about career opportunities within the RCMP.

Details about the recruiting process, such as preparing for and meeting the requirements and expectations for applying, will be outlined.
