Anyone interested in protecting their home from wildfires is invited to attend an event this week in Coldstream.

Participants will learn best practices from a panel of experts discussing various FireSmart programs, and participants will be provided with a number of take-home FireSmart education materials that they can use to help make their property and community safer.
