SEISMIC Spring Mountain Festival set for SilverStar

SilverStar Mountain Resort is hosting the ultimate spring mountain festival over the Easter long weekend.

The Seismic Festival at the ski resort near Vernon will mark the final 10 days of the winter season with a range of activities including the Great SilverStar Easter Egg Hunt, live music, and food.

The Seismic Festival will kick off with the Timber Tour B.C. Championships on Friday. The thrid annual Sovereign2SilverStar race will take place in the final two days of the festival.

New this year, SilverStar will have a Spring Queening Park event, where people will be awarded prizes for riding the 92-foot Monster Rail and for doing tricks off the Box-zilla feature.

Other events planned for the festival include a Hawaiian Shirt Day, Noian Tyres Green Tire Giveaway, Passholder Appreciation BBQ, and the Polson Artisan Market.
