Historic $58 million lottery jackpot won in B.C.

You might want to check your ticket if you bought one for Wednesday night’s Lotto 6/49 draw.

The BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC) said someone in B.C. matched the 10-digit raffle number to win the $58 million Gold Ball Jackpot on March 6.

The winning ticket was purchased online, and is the largest jackpot ever won in B.C. from a ticket bought on PlayNow.com.

The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners’ name will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize.

The winning jackpot numbers were: 18041531-05.

All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize.

BCLC’s PlayNow.com is the province’s only legal, regulated gambling website.
