New Vernon development taking shape

Modular concrete panels are being secured in place in the latest development in Vernon’s north end.

The structure, called ‘5460 Anderson Way,’ features eight units for a multitude of uses, ranging from 1,912 square feet to nearly 15,000 square feet.

Five of the units have been sold with three remaining units, priced at over $1.4 million.

The available units, totaling 18,053 square feet, are constructed with precast concrete insulated panels and provide up to seven individual storefronts.

Each unit has 26-foot clear ceiling heights to allow for future mezzanines or second floor space.

The property is zoned CD-1 comprehensive development area. Commercial, light industrial allows for a variety of uses including: retail, warehouse sales, personal services, food uses and more.
