SilverStar’s backside ready to open

More snow has allowed SilverStar Mountain Resort to open more lifts by this weekend.

Starting Saturday, Dec. 23, the Powder Gulch Express (Backside), the Home Run Tee, and the Silver Woods Chair will be open with limited terrain.

The resort reminds people to stay safe by respecting the boundaries and only skiing and snowboarding within the open terrain.

Night skiing is also ongoing with the Gondola, Silver Queen and Discovery Carpet open.

The Comet Chair is fully open and the Alpine Meadows Chair is open daily with limited Attridge terrain.

Tubing and Brewer’s Pond skating is also open daily, as is the XC Night Loop.
