Preparations underway for Cache Creek Crossing restoration project
Work is scheduled to begin in early 2024 for the Cache Creek Crossing Restoration Project, a few metres north of the intersection of Highway 97 and Highway 1.
The $5.4 million project will include the construction of a four-lane bridge to replace the culvert under Highway 97, allowing water and debris to flow smoothly at their peaks, especially during spring freshet.
Work is scheduled to be completed by Aug. 31, 2024.
