New city hall and library nearing completion

West Kelowna’s new City Hall and Okanagan Regional Library building is nearing completion with anticipated occupancy by mid-February.

The date is dependent on BC Hydro completing their work and the commissioning process.

Cost escalation from several factors has also occurred, but no new tax increases will result.

The local MP and MLA’s offices, Service BC and ICBC will also be located in the new building.
