Drop-off your old tires

The Regional District of Central Okanagan is hosting the annual free tire collection event this weekend.

Residents can drop off any old or unused tires, on or off rims that may be a breeding ground for mosquitoes, or you just want to get rid of.

It happens on Saturday, Sept. 9, in parking lot 17 at Okanagan College on KLO from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This Saturday, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) is hosting their annual tire collection event.

Tire Stewardship BC will be on-site to collect all scrap tires dropped off by residents and for those that require de-rimming. Reach Tire and Auto will be there to assist.
