Vernon dealership gets national recognition

A Vernon car dealership continues to rack up the accolades for how it treats its customers.

Bannister Honda has been recognized as one of Canada’s best Honda dealerships for 2022.

Earlier, the business was named B.C. Honda dealer of the year, and was presented with the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award for the eighth straight year.

“Can’t say enough of how proud I am of the hard work put forth by everyone on our Bannister Honda team over the past two years to achieve this recognition for both 2021 & 2022, while also navigating through the pandemic,” Pat Loehndorf, general manager/partner of Bannister Honda, said.

The dealership has once again been awarded Honda Driving Excellence (HDE) recognition status for 2022. The year-long HDE initiative celebrates Canadian dealerships that demonstrate exceptional customer service and possess profound knowledge of the Honda brand.

Every Honda dealership is graded in several key areas of brand excellence, including vehicle sales, service, finance, staff training and customer satisfaction (CXI) feedback in order to be recognized by Honda Canada. This is the highest award offered to Canadian Honda Dealers by the manufacturer.

Loehndorf said the dealership award speaks volumes to the dedication and professionalism their entire team has for best-in-class customer service
