Two new housing developments at Predator Ridge

New real estate is opening up at Predator Ridge as the resort community continues to grow.

The second phase of the Outlook development by Wesbild will see an additional 14 lake view lots.

Outlook is the first Predator Ridge neighbourhood to offer lake views from every home. The lots sit above the Ridge Golf Course and enjoy views of Lake Okanagan.

The first phase of sales for Outlook launched in September 2022 and saw some of the highest lot values to ever sell at the resort community which is part of the City of Vernon.

Carrington Communities, a new builder introduced in late November as a new building partner at Predator Ridge, will develop three multi-family sites.

The first to come on stream will be Vista Luxury Condominiums, at 7599 Predator Ridge Drive.

Vista will feature one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, and penthouse units. Each home will offer golf course and valley views.

The condos will feature a pool, hot tub, golf cart parking and can be in the managed vacation rental program.

Pricing of the lots in Outlook and the Vista condos has not been released.

There are about 700 homes and 1,200 residents of Predator Ridge. The 2016 Predator Ridge neighborhood plan estimates and eventual build out of over 2,100 dwellings on the 480 hectare property.
