Okanagan homes featured in province-wide lottery

Two of the nine grand prizes homes in the B.C. Children’s Hospital Lottery are in the Okanagan.

The Ledge at the Rise is a 2,436 sq. ft., four bedroom, three bathroom bungalow home located at #9-7735 Okanagan Hills Boulevard in Vernon with a walkout level and double garage. The home offers views of Okanagan Lake.

The prize totalling $2.5-million includes gas and groceries for a year, $50,000 in furnishings, a 2023 Tesla Model X Long Range, a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Edition, 2023 Crownline 200SS motorboat, $45,000 in travel and $1 million cash.

The home is being constructed by Alderbaran Homes.

A four-bedroom 3.5 bath, 2,225 Sq. ft. home at Sunset Ranch in Kelowna is also one of prizes. Constructed by Acorn Communities, it is nestled into the hills surrounding Sunset Ranch Golf Course, with views of Okanagan Lake, Duck Lake, Kelowna, the valley and mountains.

Valued at over $2.6 million, the package includes gas and groceries for a year, 2023 BMW iX xDrive electric, 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Edition, 2022 Renegade Vienna 25FWC motorhome and $1-million cash.

The winner will also have the option to take $2.3 million in cash.
